Authenticity and Market Positioning

To grow a Facebook group successfully, being authentic and true to yourself is crucial. People are drawn to genuine personalities, so embrace yourself and let your unique qualities shine. Don’t try to create a persona or imitate someone else. Remember, billions of people are on Facebook, and you only need a fraction of them in your audience to succeed.

Prioritize Monetization

When building your audience, focusing on monetization from the beginning is important. Instead of solely striving for high numbers, consider how you can create a space where people are eager to invest and make purchases. Vanity metrics, such as video views or group members, are less valuable than converting your audience into paying customers. Develop a well-positioned offer that aligns with your audience’s needs and desires.

What’s Your OFFER?

Sell What They Want, Not What They Need!

A common mistake is selling what people need instead of what they want. Understand that individuals make buying decisions based on their desires, not solely on logical needs. You can attract more customers by aligning your offer with their wants and aspirations. Focus on positioning your product or service as a solution to their desired outcomes, highlighting the benefits and transformation they can achieve.

Create Content, YOU would say

When we start a small business or a personal brand, we talk in a monotone language. It’s boring. When you try mimicking how “you should sound,” your copies, designs, and other creatives will become FAKE.

And most people can spot when you fake your own voice.

Imagine when ChatGPT just came out. Without proper “voice” or “tone” training, the robot is really just a robot. In Nicole’s conversation, she shared that sharing her authentic voice, language, and form of content instantly attracted people who would LOVE her and repelled people who would not.

“Everyone got haters”. The faster you can repel people who don’t like your content, the closer you are to those who would.

Example: In the healthy cooking Facebook group, you can share original recipes, cooking tips, and educational content about nutrition. Engage with your members by asking questions, conducting polls, and encouraging them to share their experiences and recipes. By consistently providing valuable content, you’ll attract more people who are interested in learning and improving their cooking skills.
